The property was well maintained, and the location worked well for us, close to Beach Road and Indian restaurants. The girls from Mayanmar treated us well. The downside was room service: calling from the room often got little or no response. Breakfast had very few Indian dishes, and at 350 B I didn’t think the quality was worth it. Chatori Indian Restaurant is on site and the food there was good. Ask first and they offer a 10% discount.

What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and happy to help, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming. I also slept incredibly well, thanks to some of the most comfortable hotel beds and pillows I’ve had. LK The Empress is right by the beach and close to plenty of food and entertainment. A great place to stay in Pattaya, and one I’d happily recommend.

The bedroom was spotless, and the bed may have been the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were so helpful, and a special thanks to the gentleman in the dining room who makes delicious omelettes. I don’t know how he stays calm with everyone asking for their eggs a different way. The hotel is lovely, just steps from the beach, and the downstairs area is unexpectedly beautiful and peaceful.

Great value, a wonderful staff, an amazing pool, and an excellent breakfast buffet. The location is great too. The only downside is that the 7-Eleven next to the lobby is now a weed cafe. Still, this is the best. Stay here when you’re in Pattaya, you can’t beat it.

My family and I have stayed here for several years, especially around Songkran, and we’ve always had a wonderful time. The breakfast team deserves a special mention, and the food is consistently excellent. Pheung has been especially helpful and supportive every time.
