Lucky Inn Residency

This was the worst check-in I’ve had at a hotel. We booked and paid online through Agoda for three rooms, and their website said check-in was available 24 hours. When we arrived, the woman at the counter first said we could check in at 12:30, which we accepted. Then she changed it to 3 PM because the owner wasn’t there. We agreed to wait, but she next said check-in wouldn’t be possible at 3 either because the electricity was off, which was a ridiculous response. She then offered to return our booking money and told us to find another hotel. Other people checked out while we were waiting, but she still insisted the rooms weren’t available because of the power outage. Why accept online bookings if this is how they handle them? We were only there for a day trip, and this wasted a lot of our time.

Bad from start to finish. The sheets were dirty, the toilet smelled, and the AC was very noisy. On the last days, there were loud noises and arguments in the hallway at 7 in the morning. The owner doesn’t understand English, so explaining even a simple thing takes a long time.

The building was pretty clean, and the staff were very helpful and polite. My room was lovely, beautiful, and smelled nice. A good place to stay in Pattaya. I’ll come back.

It’s a nice place to stay if you’re trying to save money, though it’s a bit far from Pattaya Beach and Walking Street.
