The WiFi worked, which was the one good thing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, and I didn’t see housekeeping during the 24 hours I stayed. I was booked for 48 hours but left early. The aircon only blew air, and the room was hotter than it was outside, around 35°C or 95°F. Water leaked from the refrigerator and nearly made me slip. There were no towels or toilet paper. I asked the front desk clerk to bring them, waited a long time, then went downstairs for towels so I could shower. He was eating and said he’d bring the items up afterward. In the morning I asked for a different room and was assured it would happen, but it didn’t. I also asked for a refund for the second day I didn’t stay, and the hotel and owner refused. I saw two rooms available on booking apps, but wasn’t offered either. I could give more reasons, but I’ll leave those to your imagination.

A quieter, affordable hotel that’s away from the music and crowds, but still close to things. The rooms have balconies, fridges, and hot water, and there’s an elevator. The beds are good too. It could become one of Pattaya’s top two or three-star hotels.

Traveling to a new country for the first time, I expected hotels to be expensive and worried about the language barrier. The staff here were great, with plenty of people available to help, and everything from the food to the room impressed me. The price was very reasonable. The owner was polite and told us about local activities, which we joined and really enjoyed. I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel deserved one. Loved it.

It’s a good place in a peaceful area where you can sleep well. There’s no room service, though, and it’s far from Walking Street.
