The bed was comfortable, the balcony got plenty of sun, and hot water pressure was consistently good. The location was convenient too. Even with those positives, the stay was disappointing and didn't match what the advertisement or price led me to expect. The indoor swimming pool and laundry service were both advertised and were main reasons I booked, but neither was available. The room felt dated and poorly maintained, with visibly dirty walls, hard furniture with sharp edges, and a bed frame that seemed ready to fall apart. The air conditioning was excessively loud, making alarming mechanical noises that felt like a real safety hazard, as shown in the video. At night there was intense street noise from bikes racing on the adjacent road. WiFi kept disconnecting, the TV reception was too poor to use, and reception staff seemed unfriendly and generally unhelpful when I raised problems. Between the cleanliness and functional issues, it was very overpriced for the quality. I won't return and would suggest looking elsewhere for better value and service.

The staff were consistently kind and ready to help, so I was surprised to read complaints that they were rude. My room was spotless, which matters most to me. The hotel is a little dated, with regular keys instead of key cards, but the location is handy: right by Second Road and Soi 11, close to the beach and Soi Buakhow, and in the city center. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious, and the location is a real plus, with restaurants nearby and the beach road within walking distance. But the air conditioning didn’t seem to have been serviced properly, and I came down with a bad cold after staying here. Disappointing stay.

I loved watching the sunset from my room. Nights can be a bit noisy because motorbikes use the side Soi, though that’s a long-standing Pattaya issue.

There are plenty of bars and massage places within walking distance, though nearby food options are limited and mostly Indian. My room had a decent amount of space, but ants were around the basin. No toothbrush or toothpaste was supplied, and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were awkward to use. The view looked messy, and it was dark outside at night. Sound carried through the walls, though it wasn’t too bad. Reception was only okay, not especially friendly.
