Melia Pattaya Hotel

Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious food and plenty of choices. The Guest Experience Supervisor stopped by to say hello, a thoughtful touch. Every staff member I met was polite, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay memorable. I look forward to returning to Meliá Pattaya. The pool and sauna were excellent too. The pool was beautifully designed, well maintained, and very relaxing. From check-in to checkout the service stood out. The Bellman team and Khun Kim gave me a warm welcome, and she was especially courteous, attentive, and detail-oriented. One pool attendant, whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, politely explained the hotel policy about outside food at the poolside loungers. He handled it respectfully and professionally, reflecting the high standard of staff training. Thank you to the whole team at Meliá Pattaya.

The beach club across from the beach was a highlight. It had a relaxed, stylish atmosphere, with a live DJ, and dinner there was fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with great sea views. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. From the moment I arrived, the team’s warm, positive energy came through. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuine, and made me feel welcome. Thank you to the team and management for such an enjoyable stay at Meliá Pattaya. I look forward to coming back soon.

I love the central location, very close to the beach. The Beach Club is the best part, and you can use it for free, though food and drinks cost extra. There’s also a rooftop restaurant and bar with an amazing view. It’s a new, clean hotel, and the bed is comfortable, but the pillows aren’t. The pool is clean, though a little small for the number of guests, especially during holidays. I wasn’t very happy with the housekeeping, at least the person who cleaned my room. Breakfast was okay, with fresh pastries, all kinds of eggs, and Asian food.

The room safe just sits in a drawer and isn’t secured. When I pointed this out at reception, they said the corridors were under video surveillance and that the safe couldn’t simply be stolen from the room. At checkout today, the two women at the counter told me I could only leave after they checked and inspected my room. I’ve never felt so insulted at a hotel. As a Melia Gold Member, I felt as though they suspected me of stealing the towels and bathrobe, and other people were standing nearby.
