For such a low price, this hotel has a lot to offer. The room was very clean, with a large, comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV with plenty of good channels. The air conditioning cooled the room well, the shower had strong water pressure, and the free internet was fast and reliable.

The owners were very nice, and the rooms are large, new, clean, and attractive, with all the amenities. I especially liked the shower's strong water flow. One drawback was the thin curtains, which didn't block out the light. Also, the air conditioner wasn't aimed at the bed, so the whole room had to cool down before the bed felt cool.

Comfortable, clean rooms at a much fairer price than other places nearby. Since it's family-owned, security is good and the service feels more personal. You can ask for a discount if you stay several days or pay in cash.

A very nice budget guest house, with good service and a very low price for the quality. Rates run from about 500 Baht with the Internet special to 700 Baht. The room was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, large flat-screen TV and plenty of channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, good AC, and strong shower pressure.
