The room was huge and clean, with two single beds, fresh towels, water, a fridge, toilet paper, and a TV with lots of channels. I spent three days here and was surprised to find a commercial-free MTV 90s channel playing music videos all day. The balcony sink and drying rack were really useful for washing clothes, which dried quickly in the Pattaya heat, so I did laundry there every day. They don’t provide shampoo or shower gel, but those are cheap at Watson's, Boots, or 711. The building has loads of rooms and floors, and I’d stay again when I’m back in Pattaya. It’s central but quiet at night, with no outside noise that I could hear. Soi 5 and the large night market are about a 20-minute walk away, and Terminal 21 and Soho Chinatown are nearby. I’d give the hotel five stars for the room and location, but the check-in staff was quite rude. When I arrived early and asked to check in, she only said, “2 o'clock,” then went back to her phone. At check-in she took my passport and handed over the keys without saying a word, not even hello or thank you.

They agreed at first that rooms would be available, then kept telling us there were none on the dates we’d agreed on or for many days afterward. I think a business that wants to last should be honest and reputable. Their bad Google Maps reviews don’t seem to be there by chance. If it’s your first trip to Thailand, I’d avoid this place if you don’t want trouble. It feels like they try to scam foreigners.

The room was clean, which I liked, and it had a safe, two bottles of water, and decent Wi-Fi for the price. BIG C Extra’s food court and grocery store are close by. The desk lady was unfriendly, though. It’s a 22-minute walk to the beach and Central Mall, and there isn’t much else around.

No pool, and traffic from the nearby roads is noisy all the time.
