New Nikom Court

I had a booking and went to check the place out before moving in. The reception manager was rude and unfriendly, although the other staff who helped me were nice. I cancelled straight away.

For the money, I’m pretty happy I chose this hotel. A friend stayed at Sutus Court 3, just a one-minute walk away. It cost twice as much and was a thousand times dirtier. Here, the room had everything I needed, so I’m giving it 5 stars despite the uncomfortable bed. The building is showing its age: the curtains are stained, and the air conditioning drips onto the balcony. There was a second fan in the room, though, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. New curtains or pillows would be small improvements that could make the place feel better. It’s hard to find better value.

The rooms are basic but clean. The female manager was extremely dismissive and rude, and even though I don’t usually cause problems, I won’t stay here again. There are better places nearby at the same price.

The location is central and close to nightlife, and the rooms are very clean. They have great air conditioning, a fan, and all the essential hotel amenities. Room cleaning is excellent and happens daily, with fresh towels and water provided. I highly recommend it. I don’t think you can find a better hotel for the price.
