New Nordic Atrium by Apartwell Apart-hotel

After living here for two months, I’ve found several annoying problems, so I’ve lowered my rating to 3 stars. The internet is extremely slow and mostly useless, the kitchen is poorly equipped with no microwave, and cleaning supplies aren’t provided. There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom, and the cleaning was only so-so. When I moved in, I found opened condom packets under the bed. Electricity costs 9 baht, which is triple what it should be. The rooms are decent for the price, and the area is quiet, which suits a monthly stay. There are plenty of food options nearby, and a really nice beach with beautiful sunsets is a 10-minute walk away. Still, you can find better for this price.

After checkout, my belongings were simply stolen. They said nothing had been left there. Never stay here.

Everything we needed was close by, from shops and markets to cafes, bars, restaurants, and massage places. The beach was 6-7 minutes away, and the location was great. We really liked the apartment and plan to come back regularly. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen area, three air conditioners, and three TVs. The shower was good, and the balcony had a beautiful view. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and in a quiet area. The bedroom windows faced the courtyard. There was also a nice rooftop pool on the 8th floor, with crystal clear water and gorgeous panoramic views of the city and sea.

The apartments are bright and clean, with very good construction quality and excellent soundproofing. The rooftop pool is small but clean. It’s a 5-minute walk to the sea, and the beach, cafes, restaurants, massage places, and other amenities are nearby. There’s a great sports club close by, too. A very nice condo, recommended.
