This was my real experience, and I found the place completely unsuitable to stay in. It was extremely dirty, the information was misleading, and the website couldn't be relied on. I strongly warn people not to book here. I experienced what felt like serious neglect and deception.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the building has two pools, though no gym. It's a condo on Soi 4, but a bit run down. The small studio condos get hot and have poor ventilation, so the air conditioning has to run constantly. The roof on the top floor was caving in, though repairs were underway.

We were really well looked after from the moment we arrived, with care given to the little details. I've stayed here three times, and this visit was even better. Our penthouse suite had three bedrooms, a pool and a bar upstairs, plus a stunning sea view from the room. It was nicely arranged for both working and relaxing. The restaurant looked impressive and the service was great. Breakfast was included, and my English breakfast was delicious. In the evening we could have cocktails by the pool and listen to live entertainment. The hotel also offered free transport to the nearest beach, which was very convenient. Walking Street was only a 5-10 minute car ride away. I'm so in love with this place, and we'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was pretty decent, but there are hundreds of empty rooms around here, so I'd look for one nearer the beach. We stayed in the third condominium, in a two-bedroom unit. The community seemed decent, though the place felt tired. The beds were hard, there were only two pillows, and the water never got beyond lukewarm. The TV was oddly placed in the middle of the room, making it hard to figure out how to watch, though at 1 AM I just wanted to see the news.
