The pool was dried up and poorly maintained, so it seemed to be there just for show rather than swimming. For the same price, I wish I'd picked somewhere else with a nice pool or jacuzzi. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is really big, and the service was okay. Beer prices are in line with nearby resorts. It's not far from Pattaya 3 road, and getting here is easy if you have a bike or car.

The infrastructure was okay, but we had a few problems. Breakfast was only served from 8-10 am, and the Wi-Fi in our room wasn't good. The pool wasn't private to the hotel, either. It was shared with a restaurant and only available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which was no use if you wanted to go sightseeing. It's 5 kms from the walkingstreet, Pattaya's main attraction.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and neat, and seem good for couples. Breakfast was more of a set menu for 80bht: just a few slices of bread, an omelette, coffee or tea, butter, and one fried egg. It has the feel of a resort, but not much of a breakfast.

The bathroom smelled, the aircon was noisy, and the bed was hard. Then reception kept the whole deposit and asked for even more over a small makeup mark on one old towel that would come out in the wash. Felt like a rip-off. Worst experience ever.

The rooms are large, with cozy beds, and the nearest 7/11 is only 100 meters from the resort. Staff were helpful, and the woman at the front desk explained what was nearby. Breakfast choices were limited, but it's a good budget hotel overall. Strongly recommend.
