A surprisingly nice residence with solid construction and double glazing throughout. It’s conveniently located, around 40 metres above sea level, and has good facilities, including a deep pool and a large fitness area.

The unit has been newly renovated, and Nirvana Place has some of the area’s best condos. The rooms are spacious, with a prime location and a range of restaurants only steps away. There’s a gym and pool on site, and the baht bus runs right by, making it easy to reach Jomtien or Pattaya Beach in minutes.

There’s an onsite pool, gym, condo office, and the added convenience of underground parking. The development was completed in 2009 and has some very large, well-appointed homes available to buy or rent. Come take a look at what’s on offer.

The location, rooms, and even the gym suited me. The real estate agent across the street, Angel888, was a different story. I feel she lied and stole from me. It took six weeks to replace a faulty microwave and five days to replace a bad refrigerator. My food spoiled in one day, and my mood toward Angel spoiled in two.
