⚠️ A warning to everyone: the building is very old and smells terrible. The elevator is always broken and often stops between floors. They’re nice before you sign the contract, but afterward they show their real face. I found them rude and felt they were scammers. The prices are far too high for what you get, and there are much cleaner, better options in Jomtien. I strongly warn you not to stay here.

The room is well furnished and serviced, and the beach is only 50 metres away. Prices vary with the season and the management’s whim.

A nice, quiet place for a short stay. The hosts were really friendly, and it’s family-run. There isn’t much traffic around, and no bars nearby.
