Palette Luxe Jomtien Beach Pattaya

I was a little worried after reading the Google Maps reviews, but the hotel wasn’t bad at all. The room I stayed in felt fairly new and had a modern, luxurious design. Breakfast was really good, with not too many people around. The parking lot was full of buses.

I had a great time during my first quarantine in Thailand, staying here for 14 days, and everything was free. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, either of the garden or the beach. I enjoyed the delicious Thai food, with different dishes at every meal that kept me looking forward to the next one. The staff were all kind, polite, and professional. I loved this stay and hope they’re all happy, healthy, and well rewarded for their work.

The food was good quality, and the spicy meat salad, or sliced grilled meat salad, was my favorite. My room was very spacious with a partial sea view. Thanks for looking after us so well during our 15 days here. I’d visit again with friends and family when things get back to normal.

There were mosquitoes in both the lobby and the rooms. The toilet lid was nearly falling off, and the weak shower drain left the bathroom flooded. Evening staff were terrible. Breakfast arrived an hour earlier than I’d requested and was very cold. I had to call the front desk twice about lunch, which came more than an hour late, and dinner never arrived. The TV had only one English-speaking channel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for any trip.
