Quiet, spacious, and spotless, with a nice pool and great facilities. They've even put in a brand new sauna. The staff and management are friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff are friendly, though they seem indifferent to what you need. Breakfast caters to Chinese tourists, with very few Western options, and if the hotel isn't fully booked, they won't put out a buffet. The room safe isn't fixed to anything, so it could easily be stolen. This hotel is only okay.

Really disappointing. I booked this hotel for New Year 2026, but my booking was rejected. I asked for a refund and still haven't received it, even though it's been more than a month.

The shower drain was clogged, so I ended up standing in water about an inch deep. Water was leaking in the bathroom, and the hot water kept shifting from warm to hot to scalding. Parking is also a problem: there are no spaces, and 10+ cars have to double park in the tiny underground garage.

The bed bugs were the worst part, and I got bitten. The towels were old and no longer quite white, and our room didn't even have slippers, so I had to run downstairs to get some. For what we paid, the stay was okay, but the furniture and decor felt like a three star hotel, as did the way staff ran things. This is a newer place, maybe 3.5 stars at most, nowhere near the four or five stars Agoda lists. It attracts a lot of Chinese tourists, who were loud, rude, and obnoxious, which really put me off. I probably won't stay again.
