Pattaya Bay Hotel

The location in Pratamnak kept things quiet and private while still being close to the city. It's a peaceful place for a relaxing break, especially for couples, rather than a nightlife or party trip. The infinity pool and rooftop views were a highlight, and the sunset up there felt unreal. The modern, elegant design looks premium as soon as you enter. My room had a clean, beautiful look, a comfortable bed, and thoughtful details. Staff were polite and helpful, and service was quick and well managed. Momay was especially good.

Our fourth-floor suite had a beautiful view from the bed, and all the basics came together well: the rooms, pool, breakfast, cleanliness, location, and staff. The team helped make our four nights really memorable. I'd stay again and would happily recommend this little hotel to friends and family.

Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is my number-one choice, the kind of place that makes a holiday feel special. There's a beautiful café of its own at Kliff Beach, with delicious, surprisingly affordable food and a gorgeous sunset view. Popular cafés are also all around the area. The hotel itself is beautiful and reasonably priced, with full facilities. I loved the fitness center and separate yoga room, and the pool is great for photos. Breakfast was outstanding, with loads of options including Indian food.

Breakfast was excellent, with a small self-serve buffet plus extra dishes you could order by scanning a QR code. The service was attentive and friendly from the bellman to the room maid. My room had a lovely pool view, and the bed was very large, soft, and comfortable. If I'm back in Pattaya, I'll definitely stay here again.
