The pool was nice, though its solid wood loungers had no cushions and got uncomfortable after about five minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient, the price for a basic room was low, and the location was really good. But the cheaper rooms are tiny and very tired. Mine was clean, but an old towel from the previous guest was still on the floor. Breakfast was awful, so I went outside to find something decent. If you need a very cheap room in a good location for a short stay, it’s just about okay. I was there on a quick work trip. For a leisure visit to Jomtien with a bit more money to spend, I’d look elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful when missed flights meant I needed an extra night. They were booked up, but understood I needed somewhere and rented me the xherpes room they had. It worked out well, especially since the place was nearby and the price was great.

There was no escaping the noise. I could hear people talking clearly through the wall, and even other guests walking around was loud enough to keep me awake. The room had no real soundproofing. The pillow was also painfully hard and made sleeping uncomfortable.

The service was terrible, and the rooms were dirty and smelled bad. There wasn't even an iron or hair dryer available. If saving money means going without amenities, this might be the place for you. I don't understand how a hotel can lack those basics, though. If you're willing to accept it for the price, maybe you'll find it okay.

I really liked the café at Quarter 09, Pattaya, especially its cozy feel and lovely views. The food was flavorful, and everything looked clean and well cared for. Staff were warm and helpful throughout. It's also only a short walk to the beach, nice for a stroll or sunset, and the welcoming atmosphere made it feel relaxing. A lovely place to stay in Pattaya.
