The staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. Still, the place needs a lot of upkeep. My air conditioner leaked water and ice, so the room got unpleasantly hot. I also got really nasty mosquito bites every day, as bad as sand fly bites. If everything worked properly, I’d come back.

Rouge came through when I needed somewhere at short notice after a rental scam. She offered 20% off Booking’s price if I paid cash upfront for 9 days, which worked out to 700 baht a night. What a bargain. The place was spotless and the manager was really laid-back and nice. My room had a veranda, microwave, sink, dishes, a table and chairs, hair dryer, and a king size bed. There’s also a laundry next door with excellent service. It’s tucked down an alley and stays quiet, though the clubs at LK metro are just around the corner. Cloud 9 is across the alley, handy for gourmet breakfast every morning. For that price, you can’t do better.

Great location and a clean hotel. The room was nice, with good air conditioning, WiFi, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. It also had a small balcony and a good-sized shower. There’s no elevator.
