The daily breakfast was included, which made things easy and comfortable, and I loved waking up to the sea view. The condo felt cozy, clean, and welcoming, a nice place to relax or stay longer. Royal Neach View is in a great spot in Pratumnak. It’s peaceful and convenient, close to everything while still feeling private and relaxed. I had such a lovely time and would definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Pattaya with a beautiful view.

Our family rooms had plenty of space, including a large lounge area, and the food-making facilities in the room were useful. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were in good condition, and the large balcony had a very good view of the area. We also enjoyed the breakfast sets each morning. The hotel is a good choice for a family holiday near Yin Yom Beach, just 100 meters away. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking is quite limited, though, and the balcony and its table were very dusty when we arrived. They should clean that area before new guests arrive. It’s a nice hotel with lots of room for a big family.

The rooms are large and have a sea view, and the place was clean and quiet. Everyone on staff was polite and the service was excellent. It’s within walking distance of the beach and 7/11. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Pattaya. Just right for me.
