The location is brilliant, close to Walking Street, and the rooms are spacious, with a TV and fridge. The staff are really friendly. A room facing the main street can get noisy, and the price is a bit higher than at other places. You also have to keep reminding staff to clean the room. I’d recommend staying here, but compare prices first in case you find somewhere cheaper.

The staff are friendly and supportive, and taxis are easy to find. Pattaya Walking Street is also within walking distance. Just be aware there’s no lift in the building.

The location is practical, with access to the main road, but there’s nothing beyond a lobby in the way of facilities. It’s an OK motel in Pattaya’s Arabic neighborhood, though I wouldn’t call it royal. For what you get, I think it’s a little overpriced.

Hari, the owner, was really helpful, and the location is good. There isn’t a proper breakfast, though. They bring toast and tea to your room instead.

The place is clean, and the staff are good. But there’s no lift, so you have to carry your own luggage, and not having a tea or coffee kettle in the room is a shame.
