The rooms were good, and the washroom was good too. They hold a 500Baht security deposit at check-in and give it back when you check out.

A laid-back place that doesn’t seem to have much coming and going. Whenever I book, there always seems to be a room available.

I wouldn’t return. Check the room description carefully, because I was downgraded. I know it’s a budget hotel at a reasonable price, but the room I got was very different from the one shown in the Agoda photo I booked from. I woke at 3am with bugs crawling in the bed and had to change rooms. They offered me a can of bug spray to use on the bed, which I refused. They tried to deny there were bugs, but I had video of them crawling around. I had to repack all my things in the middle of the night and was moved to an even smaller room. By morning I was ready to check out and move to another hotel, since I had one day left. When I asked the woman at reception about the misleading pictures, she got defensive straight away and raised her voice. I think she might have got angrier if some guests hadn’t been sitting around. Eventually I was moved to a room that looked more like the Agoda photo. It was a little better, but that still meant I only got one night in the room I’d booked instead of three. There wasn’t even an apology in the morning for the bed bug issue. The woman at the desk can be polite, but her attitude changes quickly when there’s a problem. Customer service is far below zero. I’m certainly not coming back.

The location suited me, away from the action but only a five-minute walk to 2nd road and baht bus access. There’s a restaurant and convenience store right outside, and a laundromat across the street. The 24-hour front desk means you can check in anytime, and everyone on staff was very nice to me. I stayed three weeks after extending my booking about three times. My room had a clean, comfortable bed, a good bathroom with hot water, a balcony, fridge, TV with basic channels, a dresser, and three water bottles each day. Pretty much everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Hope I can come back soon, thank you.
