The bed was extremely comfortable, and the small terrace was pleasant. Wi-Fi was quick and steady, there were enough outlets, and the apartment was clean and looked after. Staff were helpful and welcoming, and after a quick message we got a free ride from the port. We could also check in early. The place has a quiet, family feel, and breakfast is included. Getting around was easy, with the center, Seven Eleven, and Tawaen Beach about 2-3 minutes away by scooter. The setting is calm, and the location and bedding make it decent value. Breakfast was served right beside the room, though, and woke us early. Voices from neighboring rooms came through clearly because the soundproofing is poor. There were only two pillows, an old small TV, and not many extras like a toothbrush or razor. Some appliances also feel dated. The bathroom was the weakest part. The door is narrow and the sink is set too low, which could be awkward for taller people. There was a shower curtain, but the bathroom had a damaged wall and doesn't suit larger guests well. The checkout time is 11:00 a.m., earlier than the often-used local time of 12:00 p.m. Overall, a practical place for a short stay, with good hospitality and a comfortable bed, but the noise and bathroom design need work.

I felt welcome as soon as I checked in. The room was spotless and modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was clear they had taken care over the details. Such a lovely stay. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway, and I'll definitely come back.

A solid regular hotel, with roomy bedrooms and a handy bathroom split into two rooms. Breakfast was great every time, the staff were friendly, and it was very quiet in the rooms. Recommended.
