After a few hours inside, it became clear how bad the place was, even though it looked okay when we first checked in. We stayed seven nights, and it felt like a mouse house. The floors were filthy enough to turn our feet completely black. I had to mop three times before they stopped being so dirty. The morning after the first night, we found several long droppings. A quick search confirmed they were mouse droppings. We thought about telling the host, but figured rats travel through the pipes, so changing rooms probably wouldn’t solve it. A few days later, we actually saw a mouse. The whole place felt unclean. Metal parts like the drains were rusty, and many surfaces felt like things we shouldn’t touch. If food touched the counter or table by accident, we didn’t dare eat it. There were also loads of mosquitoes, at least 3-4 killed every day. We never felt safe either. The front door safety chain was broken, and only one of the two balcony doors locked. Even that lock felt unreliable. When we checked out, the Russian lady managing the place was cold and unfriendly, a complete change from check-in. The community also seemed to be mostly Russian residents. And it costs 1,200 per night, which is unbelievable given its condition.

I’m in love with this place and have stayed several times. It’s one of my favorites in Jomtien, with a relaxed, comfortable, secure feel. Jomtien Beach is only a short walk away, handy for morning walks, sunsets, or just enjoying the sea. The pools are beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The complex as a whole is in great shape, clean and organized, and it’s clear management looks after the facilities. The gym is a useful, well-equipped place to keep up with workouts without leaving the condo. There’s even a 7-Eleven inside the complex, which makes everyday shopping easy. Great location and facilities. Highly recommended!

We booked through booking.com for three nights and enjoyed our stay. It’s cheap, and there are several slides and a small children’s park. The beach and night markets are walkable, with a 7-Eleven in the building and shops and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend staying several nights. My reason for giving four stars is the pool area needs updating, with lots of missing or broken tiles. The cafe/bar in the middle is shut down, but guests aren’t allowed to bring their own drinks to the pool, not even soft drinks for children. I found that strange.

The pool stays loud from around 10 a.m. until evening, with kids yelling and splashing constantly. It makes the place feel more like a playground, and I can’t picture a single person living here long term. It seems better suited to families on short stays.

The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and there are pools and parking facilities at 7-11. But my room and the living room smelled bad, the blankets were too thin, and the lights kept flickering all day. The water pressure was so weak I couldn't shower. Master, would you come sleep here yourself? Could you get any rest?
