The room is spacious, which is the one good thing I can say. The bathroom and toilet were horribly dirty and moldy. They call this a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. Worse than a motel. The reception staff were aggressive and rude. We travel extensively and always ask for an extra pillow and blanket, and nobody has charged us for those before. Here they charged us 300 tbt. There were no napkins, hand towel or tissue in the room. Even motels have those, and this place claims to be 4-star. The air-conditioning wasn't working well, and the fan swing feature didn't work. It was either too cold or too hot. The TV had no English channels, which makes no sense for a hotel in a tourist place claiming 4 stars. The Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent, which is a real problem with remote work and internet use these days. They gave us the wrong password. When we told the receptionist, she aggressively said she'd already told us the internet was poor except in the lobby. We had to explain that a poor connection and a password that doesn't work are two different things, then show her the paper she'd written with the wrong password. She stayed rude and didn't apologize. The bed was hard as a wooden plank. It had a rexine cover and another layer on it that was also luggage. We had to lay the comforter on top to get any sleep. The mattress didn't cover the bed frame, so getting out of bed meant stumbling over the frame to reach the ground. I would never come back, and wouldn't recommend this place even to an enemy. Not even one star!

The hotel sits in a wooded area among many other hotels. I booked a 32-square-meter Superior room through Agoda for 1000 THB. It was a decent size, with a balcony, a decent bathroom and a small seating area. The interior was decent and functional. I didn't have time to check the swimming pool, and parking was available on the hotel premises.

To the Manager of this Platinum Siam hotel: I'm not usually someone who complains, but I have to say something this time. Reception service was almost poor, with no professional service. When we asked for help, they should have responded, but they weren't welcoming or willing to help, and were on YouTube. The room had no water or teaspoon, and the bathroom was really dirty. Almost everything was dirty. This should not be a 4-star hotel!

I was on a tour and had no choice of hotel. I've stayed in tons of hotels internationally, and this was one of the less good ones. There were little bugs crawling around the rooms, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The buffet didn't have many choices. The Wi-Fi was frustrating: you have to ask for a login, everyone gets a different login and password, and each time you turn your phone off, you have to enter them again. They often ran out of cold shower water, so my family and I had to shower in very, very scalding hot water every day. I did enjoy the view from my room, the coffee, and the friendly staff.

The morning buffet has plenty of dishes, and the clean swimming pool has a great view. The rooms are clean too. Staff are friendly, though their English isn't very good.
