DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I booked online through Agoda, but when I arrived, I was told that this NAMED PROPERTY IS ALREADY CLOSED. They also said I CANNOT GET A REFUND FOR MY MONEY. Please be careful.

The staff were attentive to my little animal, even during cleaning, which I really appreciated as an animal lover. Everyone was kind and careful. There’s also a wonderful lady at the reception desk on the first floor who handled the stay professionally.

Cheap, but nothing was good. The TV didn’t work, there was no hot water, the wardrobe was broken, and the bed was awful. I paid for two nights but left after one. I couldn’t stay another night in Room 212. It looked nothing like the pictures.

The rooms are okay, with air conditioning, a toilet and shower, TV, and plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. Staff are pretty reasonable and speak English, though I can’t say about other languages. Jontiem and Pattaya beaches are about 15 minutes away, but traffic can be a bit of a problem.
