SN Connx Hotel

Good value for money. The room was clean, a good size and had good facilities. Staff were attentive from the basement carpark through to the front office and housekeeping.

The location is okay, depending on where you need to go, but getting there by car was really inconvenient. There's nowhere for a car to drop you at the hotel, so you have to go out to the road, and no one helps with your luggage. That might be understandable for the price, but it's a hassle. The pictures felt misleading. The reception looks like a 5 star hotel, while the hallways and rooms are okay but have lots of wear marks. The windows let in all the outside noise, so it sounds like cars are driving through the room.

The place could use some proper TLC, but the staff are friendly and caring as usual. Getting involved with the team for Songkran was the highlight 😄

I slept well on the comfortable bed, and the service was good. Parking in the basement is nearly always full since lots of locals use the hotel, but there's another lot behind the building that's easy to reach. Breakfast is on the second floor, alongside the gym and pool, which aren't air-conditioned. I could hear a nearby club, though it didn't go on too late. A pleasant stay in North Pattaya.
