The AC in room 129 dripped all night, leaving a lot of water on the floor. I even tripped on my way into the bathroom. Later it started making horrible noise, as in the video I uploaded earlier, then iced up and stopped cooling. Reception moved me to room 130. The housekeeper told me not to adjust the AC because it was already adjusted. At one point I got cold and tried to turn it off, but the remote's power button did nothing. The only way to shut it off was to remove the key card from the slot by the door, which cut all the room's power. I'm still staying here. This morning housekeeping came by while I was out and threw away my bottles. Now I don't have a plastic bottle to fill and take with me. Guests' things shouldn't be thrown away. Anything that was rubbish was already in the wastebin. I don't understand why empty plastic bottles are treated as rubbish when they're meant to be refilled. Luckily there are a few drinking water machines nearby. The country already throws away tons of single-use plastic, so please don't keep doing this. After that housekeeping incident, I don't want to say anything positive, so I'm sorry for leaving a bad review.

Rooms and service were good, and the price is reasonable. It's quiet here, with no noise, parties, or places to chill around the hotel. If you're looking for Pattaya nightlife, though, the nightlife areas are a bit far away.

The pool is clean and quiet, and the people are really nice. The food is good, though you can bring your own food too. If you ask, the cook will cut up your fruit. I'd recommend this nice hotel.

The rooms are clean, and it's a cozy place for a Pattaya holiday with kind staff and comfortable accommodation. The bungalows looked great at first glance too. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a little too far from the city center.
