The room was tiny, and water leaked through the bathroom wall. There was no room service, towel change, or toiletries. My Agoda booking said drinking water and tea and coffee would be provided, but when I asked, the receptionist said they weren't making enough money to give out water. I felt cheated, especially over something as small as a 500 ml bottle. I reported it to Agoda, but they didn't do anything. A really disappointing and cheap attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Up on the hill, with fresh air and the beach nearby. It's close to the city, the pier to koh larn, and walking street. Clean, nice, and cheap. Worth it.

The rooms next door are often noisy, sometimes loud enough to keep me awake. Water outages are also a recurring problem. After work, I'm tired, and waiting ages for the water to come back before I can shower is so frustrating. I've reported it, but nothing has improved. It's terrible, and they need to manage the water system better.
