A nice place.

The main reason we're moving out is that service has lately been unsatisfactory, with the business owner showing little service-mindedness. My wife and I have lived here for almost nine years, and we've stayed here twice before. The location is quiet, with convenient transport and easy access to Sukhumvit Road, Pattaya attractions and nearby areas, shops, and food. The amenities are standard.

The house was cute, clean, and comfortable, with strong water pressure and very cool air conditioning. The staff were polite, and the price was reasonable. My boyfriend picked this place for his training stay, and we loved how private and convenient it was. Everything worked out great. I'd recommend it if you're coming to Chonburi!

A spacious room with a hairdryer, water heater, and very cool AC. Handy for a short visit when you don't need to go into central Pattaya.

The internet is excellent, and parking is great. This is a new hotel that matches its star rating. It's on the small side and family-run, so the staff get to know guests personally. There's no pool. It's a little way from the center, though easy to reach by car or bike.
