The rooms are spacious, with balconies and everything you need, and breakfast is an extensive buffet with something for everyone. The rooftop area has two pools and a bar, surrounded by greenery and palm trees. It’s a lovely place to start the evening around five. The two elevators were also very efficient, with almost no wait. Hotel Sunshine Vista in Pattaya on Soi 3 is in a quieter part of South Pattaya, after Soi 6. The front desk ladies are very friendly and always smiling. Ms. Beam gave us a particularly warm welcome and knows how to keep guests happy. Most guests seemed to be older foreigners. I didn’t see many Indians. Go out, travel, and learn something new :)

Really good hotel in a perfect location, with first class service. I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed for two months and it felt like a second home. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful with every request. Amenities are good, the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable, and the rooms were in good shape with very comfortable beds. The pool is lovely. The gym could use an upgrade, but it’s fine for a quick workout. Breakfast had good options, and for the price it’s clean and good value. The hotel site has the best room price, and they offer monthly rates, so call or email reservations to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I regret staying at this hotel. After my clothes were washed, my expensive pants were replaced with a similar-looking pair. They were one of the things my partner had bought for me. I’m really disappointed in the hotel. 🤬😡😭

A few minutes after I booked, the hotel canceled my room without explaining why or offering another option. They charged the payment immediately, and it looks like I’ll get the money back in a few days. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. I don’t understand why they sell rooms and then cancel paid bookings. I wouldn’t recommend it.
