I've stayed here a few times. The location is the main draw, with everything within walking distance. You don't get hotel-style service, but it's good enough, and the rooftop pool is a nice extra.

It's easy to get around from The Base Condo, with shops, restaurants, public transport, the beach, and central close by. The building is modern and well cared for, and the units are small but cleverly laid out. The pool, equipped gym, and relaxing shared areas are nice features. Keycard entry and 24/7 guards also make it feel very safe. Seems like a good fit for a short stay or for living longer term.

The location is great, though getting to the building on foot and waiting for the lift can be a burden. There's a lot of coming and going, definitely a busy spot for AIRBNB guests. The amenities and shared spaces weren't very clean.

The room had an amazing sea view and a balcony. From the top floor of building A, the infinity pool has a very nice view, and there's another pool on the 3rd floor of building B. It's a great location, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach.
