We were a group of four, booked two rooms, and stayed for six nights. The location may be convenient, but the hotel wasn't comfortable or hassle-free, and I wouldn't recommend it. The A/C, lights, and fridge didn't work properly, the WiFi was down, and basic amenities were missing or not functioning. The rooms weren't well maintained, and the bathroom was dirty and poorly kept. There were also hygiene problems, and staff didn't respond to our concerns satisfactorily. It failed basic standards for maintenance and comfort.

Water was leaking through the bathroom ceiling, and the room itself was in poor shape, with damaged doors and an air conditioner that wouldn't work. A disappointing stay. The hotel needs to do a better job of maintaining the place.

The staff were cooperative, but kept saying the water would be fixed soon, and it ruined our whole evening. Water stopped coming in the evening, leaving the entire hotel's guests without it for 3-4 hours. The room was very old and poor, and the A/C didn't work until A/C guys came to fix it, which took an hour.

It was a disappointing stay, with maintenance badly needed. The doors were damaged, the air conditioner didn't work, and water leaked from the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom also wasn't properly maintained.
