Free coffee and tea are available at the front office around the clock. There’s strong Wi-Fi, a pleasant reception area with seating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel has been renovated since the COVID period. Staff are kind and very good. A great place in the middle of the nightlife, especially for solo travelers who want to enjoy it. Highly recommended, a big star.

It was very quiet at night, so I slept well. The rooms were really clean and good value for money. Rooms on the lower floors are much bigger than those upstairs. There were some repairs going on, which could make it noisy. A decent place near Walking Street.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel looks nice with its slightly separated outer wall. The elevator ride was quite an experience, almost like being in a UFO. The shower hose is fixed in place. For a hairdryer, you have to ask at reception.

I won't be staying here again. I used to come regularly over the past couple of months because I needed to be near Walking Street and Pattaya, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But one woman seems to be looking for an argument. On an earlier visit, they took a few hundred baht from my 500 baht deposit because I checked out around 1 pm. They hadn't mentioned the charge, but I let it go in case I'd made a mistake. This time, she kept 500 baht over grey marks on the pillowcase from my hair wax. The same wax gets on my own sheets sometimes, but comes out with one wash. She said the marks couldn't be cleaned, yet charged the exact amount for cleaning the case. She left me waiting 15 minutes without a valid explanation and wouldn't discuss it. At 1,200 baht a night, this is already expensive for a two-star hotel, though the location had made it worthwhile. Their response felt completely unreasonable, with no room to talk things through.
