The rooms have a nice feel, and the ocean-facing view would be my preference. Room lighting and upholstery are 10/10, and having a kitchen with good cutlery is a bonus. The staff are helpful. Kids might enjoy the pool slide. The downside is the location, as getting a taxi can be difficult. It’s better to plan a half-day taxi, which you can arrange through the hotel staff. There isn’t much room for luggage, so use the cupboard. A good experience overall.

The room was really nice and comfortable, with modern flat-style buttons, an oven, microwave, stove, and basic appliances. The place and service were very good, and they offer a shuttle bus to the city center. But the hotel is pretty secluded for a nice hotel and private residence. We also found a used tea bag in the water heater, which looked disgusting. Being so far from the main attractions, especially Pattaya Beach and Walking Street, is a deal breaker for me and my group.

The manager was friendly and understood our concerns, but the rest of the staff were all over the place. Some were helpful, while others were inconsiderate or downright rude. One even lectured us about the bus arrival time when the staff were the ones running late. It could also be difficult to ask basic questions because some staff couldn't speak or understand English. Most disturbing, a male staff member who shouldn't have been there came into the poolside women's changing and sauna room while my wife was changing. Getting around was another problem. The hotel is a 30-50 minute walk from everything, and the shuttle buses are infrequent, often full, and need to be booked in advance. They will arrange a taxi, but charge a 1,000 baht premium. We booked a suite, but one TV didn't work. The supposed ocean view was mostly a view of a dump, with only a small strip of ocean far away. The photos don't reflect what you'll get. We ended up changing hotels. It wasn't worth the money, and you can find much better alternatives for the same price.

The building and lobby were beautiful, with a very artistic feel inside. Our room was absolutely lovely, and the pool was a lot of fun. Management was good, though the service was just okay. Still, it turned into one of my best hotel experiences, and I'd highly recommend it for a decent vacation.
