The hotel looked nothing like the pictures, and the room was so tiny we could barely walk around. The bathroom smelled, and the staff were rude. They take a 1,000 baht security deposit, then, for no reason, cut a huge amount from it when you check out. It feels like a scam. Don't stay here or it'll ruin your Thailand trip. Thank you.

We stayed four nights in November 2025. The location is great, right in the heart of Pattaya Beach. The beach is 200 meters away, and Walking Street is less than a 10-minute walk. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, though very small. Front desk and housekeeping staff were lovely. There's free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, coffee and tea, water, and towels. Daily housekeeping is available if you need it, and they'll store your luggage after checkout. The free breakfast was pretty lame, with no real options beyond rice soup with chicken, pork, or egg. There weren't even eggs or bread. Our Premium Room had no windows, which felt suffocating. The 1,000 baht deposit had to be paid in cash, which isn't convenient when not everyone carries cash. Paying by card should have been an option. For the price, you can find better places.

Nothing but attitudes from the staff at this old hotel. They're the worst I've encountered on the whole street. There are plenty of other places with more attentive, competent, helpful employees. Staff ask foreigners questions in English, then seem confused when you answer in English. Don't stay here.
