The location is handy, just a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of the night market. There are quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby, open until 2 am, so nights can be noisy. The shower pressure is very low, and the Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and the location was nice. Our family connecting room had air conditioner problems, but the owner was SO HELPFUL. We couldn’t cancel under the booking policy, so he moved us to another place he owns. He said he plans to renovate this place soon.

We had a sea view and were right by bars, restaurants, a 7-Eleven, hair shops, a pharmacy and everything else. The owners and reception staff are lovely, always smiling and helpful. Their tea, coffee and food are good value too. It’s a no-frills place, but the location and comfort are hard to beat for the price. The bed was just right for me, nice and firm. I’ve stayed twice already and hope to return.

The beach-front rooms have a good view of the beach and sea, and the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, with a fridge and safe. You can hear some street noise, but that makes sense given the location. There’s a moldy smell in the bathroom, probably because it has no window for the humidity to escape and the area to dry out. It’s not too bad, and overall it’s a good deal.

Palm Delight was a great base for our week in Pattaya, with the beach very close, all the amenities we needed, and an amazing restaurant. The main downside was street noise. Some restaurants played music until 2 or 3 am, which cut into our sleep. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay. Bring earplugs.
