The main downside is the very high electricity bill. You’ll think twice before switching the air conditioning on and off. The property is only about half occupied, with many units for sale. You can rent from an owner, but there’s no maintenance or security. Still, if you’d rather stay somewhere with a village feel, almost like a private home than a crowded high-rise, it’s an ideal option. It’s fairly close to the sea, and having a bike makes the distance no problem.
