We chose The Seasons for our honeymoon, and the peaceful atmosphere was lovely for a couple's stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax. The mood felt romantic and luxurious, and we came away with beautiful memories. We also enjoyed the food, which was delicious and had good variety and quality. Service was excellent, with friendly, polite, helpful staff. The location put us near great places, cafes, and nightlife, making evenings enjoyable. We loved our time there and would happily visit again. Highly recommended for couples and honeymoon trips.

We were 12 people from Sikkim, India, and stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was awesome, and Pattaya beach was within walking distance. It was a great place to stay.

The room was large, with a big bed and window, and they supplied water. The AC kept it cool, and if you're on one of the higher floors, this roughly 20-floor high-rise can give you a good view. There's also a safe, though it's loose in a cupboard and not bolted down. The shower has a step to get over and old-style separate taps, not a mixer. I hadn't seen that sort of setup in years. The landing is a bit dark during the day because there's no lighting. Service staff were friendly, but the lift can be very slow when busy. I didn't use the breakfast bar, and when I looked, nothing there suited my taste. Small bars and laundry are close by. If you like Indian food, there are 10 restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and they like this hotel. Finding the place was the first problem: no one seemed to know where it was or had heard of it, including minibus taxis, but I got there eventually.

The breakfast buffet was very bad. There was no Wi-Fi working at all, not even once during our 7-day stay. They provided no toothpaste or bathroom slippers, and the free water was limited to 400 ml. Worst hotel in Pattaya.
