The room was spacious and good, and the service was decent. But no one explained some important policy details at check-in. We were on the 22nd floor, and when we got back around 11:30 pm, the door was locked. They should have clearly told us about that. The staff also still have trouble with basic English.

The breakfast was a highlight. One morning the chef made Aloo Parathas just for us, and they were delicious. The staff were kind and attentive during our three days at Tamnan Resort. It’s a beautiful, clean, peaceful place, and the location is handy too, with a 7-Eleven only a few meters away and massage places nearby. A lovely spot to relax and have fun. Thanks for a memorable stay! 🌿✨

I’d stay far away from this place. The mold and fungus made me fear for my health. I asked for a refund on the day I checked in because of the conditions and said I was leaving, but they wouldn’t accept the complaint or return my money. I left anyway.

This is a hopeless hotel. The rooms aren’t clean, there’s no room service, and they don’t even leave drinking water in them. The staff are arrogant. This is an honest, factual review.

4/10
The location is good, but the rest was below average. The rooms are old, the furniture is poor, and you can hear between rooms because there’s no soundproofing. Staff are rude, breakfast is very low quality, and the kitchen staff are very unclean.
