It's clean and quiet, a nice break from Pattaya's hustle and bustle. The place has a pool with a slide that's great for kids, plus a karaoke machine, TV, and lounge. There are multiple locations with different room capacities. It's not the most high-tech, but it works well for a family or friends' getaway. Service: 5/5. Location: 4/5, away from Pattaya but close enough to drive in. Decor: 4/5. I'd definitely go again.

Some villas are very well maintained, while others are run down, so this place can be a hit or miss. It's spacious inside, good for walks and longer family stays, and about 1.5 km away you can walk to Lotus and 7/11. It's set away from the buzz, and the beach takes a good drive to reach. A private pool can be wonderful or a nightmare if it isn't kept up. The security guards are really sweet. Some rental owners provide good service, but others are painful to deal with, offer no cleaning, and have pools that become a nuisance.

It's a nice, clean place with good security, and Uber can help with getting around. The pool isn't big, but I was still happy with it. It's not close to downtown, though you know that when you book. There's no daily cleaning, but they refill towels, water, toilet paper, and other supplies each day. The one issue was being charged for a “dirty towel” at checkout. For a good price, it's worth what you pay.

Check-in was much too late, although the villa offered breakfast. The air conditioning wasn't working properly in two rooms, and the bathtub water wouldn't drain. If the villa isn't active, it shouldn't be open for reservations.
