I’ve stayed here many times and will definitely come back. The staff are friendly and helpful. Once, a LB told me she was a lady and came back to my hotel with me. The staff let me know what was going on and might have saved me a nightmare. The only real annoyance is the WiFi, which often prompts you to sign in through its captive portal.

The location at The Whitehouse Condotel is hard to beat, just a stone’s throw from the beach and an easy stroll to Walking Street. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the super friendly, helpful staff. I loved the stay, with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and good vibes. Highly recommend for a Pattaya visit! 🌴👌

The room felt a little dim to me, so it may not suit you if you like reading there. Still, it’s a solid choice, with good breakfasts, amazing staff, and a central location with everything you need nearby. Love it.

Beach Road and lots of hot spots are just steps away. The location is perfect, the breakfast is very nice, and all the staff were excellent and happy to accommodate us. Great hotel.

Breakfast was a real letdown: very little choice, no buffet, only toast bread, and the same two fruits every day. I wouldn’t recommend it for a week’s stay, especially since they weren’t flexible about mixing different dishes. There’s a lot of room to improve it. Cleaning also wasn’t good, and there was only shower gel, no body lotion. The hotel is very central and quiet, with a nice reception. The rooms are nice if you book a better one.
