The sheets were stained, the room was dirty, and there was poo by the bed that got on my friend's foot. It smelled awful too, like someone had died in there. We ran down those tiny stairs from the fourth floor and booked another hotel straight away, for the same price and with beautiful rooms. When we arrived, the staff were just lying on the couches and staring at us. I don't get all the good reviews. Maybe the staff are nice and those reviews meant well, but we booked because of them and I was truly shocked. I almost never write a bad review, but I felt this needed saying.

For a budget price, our double room was outstanding, especially after traveling around Southeast Asia for a while. It was right on the beach, with great street food nearby, plus a 7/11, massages and restaurants. There's also a motorbike rental shop next door. The room was spacious, with water bottles and daily cleaning. The staff spoke perfect English, and the owner was amazing and helpful.

Really good value for money, with nice staff. The place is close to True Hostel & Lounge. Whenever I come to Jometien, I'll stay here.

A great clean room, and the staff are awesome. Jomtiem is a good place to stay if you want to get away from the busy side of pattaya. Highly recommend!

I couldn't tell if this hostel was even there. I went looking and wound up at True Hotel, which I wouldn't recommend to solo travellers. The neighborhood it's meant to be in also felt kind of strange at night, with lots of strip clubs and hookers around, though I guess that's pretty typical of the Pattaya area.
