₹1,45,000 went missing from my bag in the room during my stay, which was a very concerning experience. There are no lockers in the rooms. The only locker is at reception, with access limited to 7 AM to 11 PM, which is inconvenient and didn’t feel secure for guests with valuables. I reported it to management, but their response wasn’t satisfactory. Be careful with your belongings and check the security arrangements before booking.

Money was stolen from my luggage inside the room at Hotel Welcome Plaza Pattaya. There was no room locker, and the reception locker was only available from 7 AM to 11 PM. I checked in at 11:30 PM, so I couldn’t use it. The service was very poor, and the staff didn’t deal with the issue properly. We had to file a police complaint. This hotel didn’t feel safe for guests. Avoid it.

We were charged 1000 baht at checkout, with the service agents threatening us, but they gave no reason and showed no proof of damage to the rooms. We’d booked three rooms for three people for three days, at about 11000 baht. The 1000 baht itself isn’t a big deal, but the hostile treatment and threats were completely unwelcome. I’d call this a scam hotel and suggest everyone avoid it and find somewhere with better service.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons. Staff at the front were seriously rude and didn’t know how to speak to people. 11000THB was stolen by their staff. When I complained, they sent me to the police station to get a report before they would help check the CCTV. After I brought the report, the manager never got back to me about what they found or what had happened.

Money was stolen from the hotel room, and the hotel side gave no response. The food quality was very, very bad too. This was a very, very worst experience, a worthless hotel and a waste of money. It’s not a three-star hotel, more like a local lodge.
