We ended up having to find another place ourselves, and I was left feeling that I’d lost a few hundred baht. What made the whole thing worse was the employee’s attitude. She didn’t seem to be trying to help, and there was no genuine apology. Here’s what happened: I booked through Agoda on Friday for a Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out, and got an official confirmation. When I arrived at the desk with my passport and booking confirmation, the employee told me the hotel was full. I pointed out that I had confirmed the reservation the day before. She told me to go to another hotel, possibly another branch, about 3 km away. No ride was offered, so we had to make our own way there. That other hotel was around 200-300 baht cheaper. I wouldn’t have chosen to book it myself, so I asked for the difference back. She said she’d check with another employee or perhaps the employer, then refused the refund. These are the events as they happened, and I don’t recommend staying here. If you’re considering it, keep in mind that a reservation could be cancelled without advance notice, and you may be left to sort out the problem yourself.

The pork porridge breakfast was good, came to the room, and there were two portions. The hotel is also close to a 7-11, which is handy for drinks or food. Staff were quick to respond to requests and had a good service attitude. For a budget place, I found it better than expected and was impressed by the nice smell as soon as I walked in. The room is a single type, with one 6-foot bed, a large Smart TV for Netflix or YouTube, and free Wi-Fi. It was clean and had enough facilities. Covered parking is behind the hotel, so the car stays out of the heat. Really good value, probably the best quality budget hotel in this area.

Skip the rooms facing the road. Otherwise, it’s just a budget inn.
