The room was clean and the staff were really friendly 👍, but I’d had better rooms for the price. The bed was very firm, and noise made it hard to get a quiet night’s sleep: the street was loud overnight, and the thin walls let me hear every cough and sigh from the neighbors.

Good value and right in the city center, with a good restaurant next door. The place was clean and okay, but nothing stood out and nothing was terrible 👍. It could use renovation and better beds, especially king-size ones, since only double or queen beds were available. There’s no lift, and the water pressure was slow.

Good value for the money. The rooms are new and clean, with air conditioning, a big bed, a fairly spacious toilet, and a TV. A nice little hotel.

Rooms are limited, so booking ahead is necessary. The location is very good, right in the center of Phan’s business district, near local restaurants and a gas station. The room has newly fitted furniture. Parking is in the area beside and in front of the place, in the Soi.
