I checked in on Saturday, February 26th, 2022. The rooms were clean, but the booking service was awful. The male receptionist said we could choose among four available rooms. We asked about weekly rates, and the manager quoted 2,500 THB per room per week. We agreed to rent one, and the accommodation looked nice and clean. We then asked about monthly rates. The manager said rooms cost 5,000-6,000 THB each, but we needed to wait to speak directly with the owner. The receptionist said we didn't need to pay yet and that the owner would arrive on February 27th. The owner came around 6:00 PM on February 27th and confirmed that we could stay weekly. We planned to stay from February 26th to March 5th, 2022, using all three rooms. We agreed to pay half upfront, 3,750 THB, which the owner accepted, with the balance due at checkout on March 5th. About half an hour later, the owner called to say someone had already booked a room online for the 2nd, so we had to leave by Tuesday, March 1st. The hotel's booking mistake cost me work time, left me disappointed, and meant I had to spend a day finding another place to stay. Please improve the booking system. I'm sharing this as customer feedback, and I have the right to complain here. The place is clean, I'll give it that, but the booking management is terrible. That's why it gets one star from me. ^^
