I booked because there was a very good offer, so it was good value for my money. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and while sitting in the room I could hear something walking in the ceiling. I asked the front desk to change rooms, and the lady seemed very upset when I told her about the cockroach. She still escorted me personally to another room and was very polite.

We’ve stayed here three times and it’s been good each time. The staff are nice, the rooms are good, and there’s a restaurant karaoke too. We’ll keep staying here whenever we pass through Nakhon Sawan.

There was an event that night, and the noise lasted until morning. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t understand at all.

I want to complain about the night-shift employee 👩. She said and beamed that this was my second time here, and that the place was even older and had bad employees like her. My dad and I had stayed many times, and I’d already advised the owner about her, but she was still working here. Not long after that, we got stuck here during Covid-19 state quarantine. I want this announced, please 🙏. Protect your life, don’t use this place’s service.
