My original room and stay length didn't work out, but the staff were kind, professional and quick to help. They moved me to another room and looked after me until I'd found a new place for a longer stay. Given the circumstances, it was the best experience I could have had. I'd stay here again.

I came here because it's close to my gym, and my son trains for competitions nearby. That makes the location good for me, though it may not suit someone wanting to be near hiking trails. The Superior single bed room was pleasant and breezy, but the rooms are smaller than what I've had for the same price in Suthep and Nimman. I moved to a Twin room because I wanted two beds for my son and me. It cost more, was even smaller, and had just one chair. The twin rooms are only on the first floor, apparently. There were also guests smoking, which is a problem because I'm allergic, and mosquitoes kept biting me by the balcony overlooking the parking area, so I couldn't really use it. The more expensive, smaller Twin room is the main reason I gave three stars. The double room I had on the 5th floor would get five stars from me.

I stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The place was peaceful and quiet, with rooms full of natural light and working Wi-Fi. The cleaner came by almost every day. When I messaged the manager on Line about an issue, I got a quick response. It's right beside Hong Thong Muay Thai, and I'd happily stay here again.

The building is clean and new, and the location is a little far from the city center, though Grab is easy to get. What stood out most was the manager's kindness and care. I got sick during my stay and they looked after me so well that they even checked on my health after I went home.
