The peaceful setting among nature made our two nights at Manora Garden especially relaxing. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was made entirely with local products. Gérard and Nui welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. Gérard also shared great tips, including good addresses and lovely places to visit away from the crowded tourist areas. We were absolutely delighted with our stay.

Nui cooked delicious lunch and dinner every day, and she and Gerard helped us with all the problems we encountered during our stay in Phanga. They made it amazing. Their homestay is in a quiet, romantic area, and if you want to experience real Thai life, go to Manora gardens. The only downside is that a taxi transfer from Phanga costs more than one in Bangkok or Chiang Mai.

The atmosphere was very chill, and everything was good. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was modest and cheap, but it does the job if you’re trying to save a few baht.

A lovely place to stop and unwind. Gerard & Nui offer meals for a small price, and there’s parking too. Our first night was quiet, but after the rain on the second night the frogs were in full chorus, sounding like they were right beside our windows. Highly recommend it, and bring baht for booking.

The hosts, Gerard and Nui, were so friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and plentiful. The place is tucked away in nature, but close enough to town if you need to go there. We loved the experience and the sounds around us, from frog concerts to birdsong and gekko noises. The hosts can help with trips or adventures using their local knowledge. Such a lovely little hidden gem in Thailand.
