Natai Beach Resort

The resort feels peaceful and luxurious, with a private beach that’s serene and feels exclusive. Everything is thoughtfully designed, minimal, aesthetic, and very photogenic. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and the whole stay felt truly five-star. It’s a lovely place to unwind, where luxury sits naturally alongside the setting. I’ll come back. It’s also easy to find Muslim halal foods.

The secluded setting is peaceful, but dining and transport choices are limited, so it takes some planning. The beachfront view and pool are beautiful, though our couple of days here didn’t feel worth the price. Pookko and Sarena were especially warm and welcoming, and service was friendly. Still, the team seemed stretched thin. Twice, our meals arrived at different times, which was frustrating with four adults and three kids dining together. Housekeeping was inconsistent even after we left a note. Our room had air-conditioning problems and unpleasant smells, while the kids’ club and gym seemed undermaintained. The property has a stunning location and real potential, but management, upkeep, and consistency of service need improvement to match its luxury claim.

We loved our last few days in Thailand here and would happily stay again. The beach huts were huge, right on the beach, and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. It’s pretty far from everything, but there’s a decent hotel restaurant and two local places a short walk down the beach that serve amazing Thai food. Amazing hotel!

It’s a lovely, quiet spot in season, just half an hour from Phuket airport. The resort has different kinds of rooms. We also stayed in a garden view room and it was fantastic, which is why I gave five stars. The Beach houses could use renovation.
